Air-Medic Climate Control - Dedicated Contractor

I have been an HVAC/R Technician at the Prince George Regional Hospital for the past 11 years. Our buildings are primarily controlled with Delta Controls equipment and software which were installed and are serviced by Inland Control & Services Inc. Before we had any Inland installations within this hospital we interviewed some of their customers. I asked one of Inlands' customers the following question: If we went with IC&S and their system, could I phone this particular customer if I needed technical assistance? Their reply was "Sure you can, but you won't need to. Inland will be there to take care of you". I am pleased to say that they were right. Scott and his employees have met our needs more than satisfactorily throughout the years. We also have been able to get in contact with them every time that we phoned. I have personally found that I can totally rely on this company to come through on everything they claim they will. Their high level of professionalism, competency in their service and how they stand behind their product line has convinced me of their commitment to their customers.
